Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Returns Policy All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. A refund or exchange will be given provided that the purchase goods are in as new condition, with ALL original packaging and any quality seals are not broken and the items are in suitable condition for resale. We do not require a return authorisation. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY. We cannot refund shipping charges. We cannot accept returns past 14 days from the date of order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Cheque refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of returned items. Credit Card refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned items.

Please include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item(s). Please also include your Order Reference Number , NAME and ADDRESS with your return. Your Order Reference Number can be found at the top of the payment receipt you received with your order.
Any original postage and your postage costs for returning the item will not be refunded, only the product item cost at the amount originally purchased for.
Cancellation of orders - If you inform us you no longer wish to have the items, providing we are informed before this is shipped we will refund the full amount and cancel the order. If the order has already been dispatched then you will need to wait until you have received the parcel, then contact us to arrange sending the item back. Once we receive the goods back we will refund the full item value, but not the postage and packing costs.
Refunds can only be given on damaged goods when we have been notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately. All damaged goods must be returned before a replacement or refund can be given. Email should be sent to retail@therapyclub.com with the order number and query.
You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods please send returns recorded or special delivery with return authorisation number and covering letter. We do not refund postage costs in any circumstance. Signing for registered items accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. Always refuse damaged or leaking parcels.
