Like with your mobile phone, you can either 'Pay as you Go' or you can get a better deal by selecting a tariff that gives you a certain amount of minutes each month to use.
We have 4 levels of membership starting from just £40 per month, each with a fixed amount of minutes per month for you to spend looking after yourself. We like to call it 'therapytime'. It's the most precious currency in the world, so how will you spend yours?
